At APRÈS GLO, we are committed to delivering premium products that meet our quality standards.

Due to the nature of our products and our commitment to product integrity, safety, and quality assurance, all sales are final once an order has been delivered.

APRÈS GLO does not accept returns or exchanges on delivered merchandise.


Damaged, Incorrect, or Incomplete Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve your request as quickly as possible, please include:

• Your Order Number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photographs of the package and product(s), when applicable

Following review, approved claims may be eligible for either:

• A replacement shipment

or

• Store credit

at the sole discretion of APRÈS GLO.


Refund Eligibility

Refunds will generally not be issued for:

• Incorrect shipping information provided during checkout

• Orders refused upon delivery

• Carrier delays outside of APRÈS GLO’s control

• Customs delays, import duties, VAT, taxes, or government fees

• Products that have been opened, altered, or used

• Orders marked as delivered by the shipping carrier


Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they have entered fulfillment.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.


Chargebacks

Customers are encouraged to contact APRÈS GLO directly before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in future purchasing restrictions.


Policy Enforcement

APRÈS GLO reserves the right to deny any replacement, refund, or store credit request that does not meet the requirements outlined in this policy.
