Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or appears lost during transit, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery or the latest carrier tracking update.

• Description of the issue

• Clear photographs of the package and product(s), if applicable

After review, approved claims may qualify for a replacement shipment or store credit.


Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

APRÈS GLO is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect addresses submitted during checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.
